Brat Ilijan, orthodox Christian, Sofia.
Ilijan is serving in the orthodox Cathedral Alexander Nevski in Sofia, Bulgaria. After having spent several months on Mount Athos he came back to care for his sick mother. At the biggest cathedral of the balcany he is sweeping the floor and ringing the enormous church bells on the tower. Instead of looking for pride, wealth and a higher social status his aim is: Become holy. Take up your cross daily. Get away from temptation, it´s not lasting satisfaction. What is important is to win the entry into paradise. To have eternal life.
When his mother is no more, he wants to return to Mount Athos, to dedicate his life to God and live there as a monk.
