The minister of education of Kosovo was born in 1969. From 1994 - 2000 he studied philosophy and history in Vienna. To build a new and modern Kosovo, he says, it is needed to focus on the improvement of education. To put good ideas into action, he developed a plan. Each year has a special motto to steadily improve the national standards. One of his big goals, is to reform education from below.
