Saloni Varma is an unusual indian woman. Coming out of a hindu family with 1 sister, she studied for six years in Australia where she got her Masters in Media Production. Now she works as a Filmdirector and Producer. Some of her stunning work got rewarded with awards.
The"hindu beyond religion" loves to go to extremes. Some of the sports she loves are skydiving, deep see diving with white sharks, river rafting (survived a two hour whirlpool in a raging river), etc.
Even though a modern indian woman that frees herself of many conventional rules she loves her family that much, that she returned from Australia to live with her beloved sister and mom. She says "my mom gave up her life for me. How could I not come back and give some of my life back to her?"
